"Great stay within walking distance from Paddington Station. Room was small as expected, but clean and comfortable. AC worked great, bed was pretty comfortable and shower had decent pressure. We had a 3rd floor room - grateful for the elevator. You CAN hear the Tube trains, even on the 3rd floor. Wasn’t enough to interrupt our sleep but we went to bed early and woke up early and were pretty jet lagged. I imagine on the lower floors it’s much much louder.

"Air-conditioning didn't work (room was 31°), refrigerator didn't work, keypads for rooms don't work anymore so you're given a key that takes 5 turns and your whole body pressing on the door to open. Plus housekeeping came into my room while I was napping WITH the "privacy, please" sign on the door...Are you kidding me?
