"Excellent"

"Loved it. Fridge did not have a freezer. We used ice from the machine. Nice hot tub and pool."

"Location was ok but bathroom was barely working including sink. Booked first time at super 8 chain and if all of these are like this will never book it. For charge of $100 plus expect room and amenities to be average but this property was almost a 1 star"

"Perfect!!!"

"Great place to stay! Lots of restaurants close along with a mall. Staff were all very friendly."

"Has an issue with bedding and they did their best to right size the issue"

"Lovely staff, beautiful facility. Room was great, best bed we’ve slept in for a long time. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"The bed was a little hard for my taste. Pillows not good also. We stayed 4 nights. On the 4th night, a large man was trying to break the door down a few doors down from our room. I think it was a domestic dispute of some kind. However the police were called to resolve the situation. Although this hotel is in a upscale neighborhood, its price point attracts a less desirable clientele."

"The hotel was really nice, it just was not the most convenient if you want to go to downtown chicago. The main thing was that the water on our floor was always hot. Always. They had to come and fix it twice but it was burning hot, could not shower. The day of our check out we waited 2 hours for them to come and fix the issue. The hotel staff was nice but they took their time with everything. The breakfast credit was useful, the food was good there."
