"Great place to stay definitely come back."

"Very nice, well kept, comfy beds, nice staff"

"Great experience here. The king bed was uncomfortable though."

"The staff was extremely helpful making for a comfortable stay."

"This was a very nice place to stay. It felt cozy, warm.... walking distance to a Perkins. Loved it."

"We didn’t get to stay at the hotel due to no accommodations."

"This is the place we stay every year my wife and I make our annual trip to Mayo Clinic for her appointments. The rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s a little bit out of the way from Mayo Clinic compared to the other hotels but the price is always so reasonable for what you are getting. "shower was excellent"

(Walking down to talk to the gal at the desk was easy, I just found it humorous that I couldn’t call her from the room. The second room we were given was awesome! And breakfast was great (pancake machine, omelets, biscuits and gravy, etc) I would stay here again if we are in the area."

"we encountered bugs at this property"
