"Room was in terrible condition. Floors were ripped up, paint was peeling off the walls, tried to get towels and they told me they had none. No one was ever at the front desk or answering the phone. They also don’t offer housekeeping on the weekends. Our toilet stopped working and instead of coming to fix it they handed my husband a plunger and told him to try that. Do not recommend this hotel."

"All was good except the elevators. Only one of 2 worked and I felt very uncomfortable riding it as it did not go to the correct floor and shook violently when stopping"

"Breakfast was great. Room was not clean we found 4 dirty washcloths in our room. One in the tub two beside the bathroom sink along with a bag of chips and a toothpick, and one shoved behind the clean towels. Clearly dirty with visible dirt and dust on them. Also the shade to the windows was broken and had to hang a sheet to block the window until it could be fixed. The staff was helpful and apologetic. "

"Convenient location, just off Route 64. Nice, new, and Operational kitchenette. Hot shower and good amount of counter space. Large TV worked well. Breakfast is better than many other places because they use real eggs. Non-dairy milk is available too. Oatmeal had lots of topping choices. "

"The rooms are a touch outdated but clean. Beds and pillows need updating. The lobby area was clean - staff was super nice and very accommodating!! Always a smile, welcome when we came in and always looking to serve at the bar for a drink or food. "

"Only one elevator was working and at times it took me around 5-8 minutes to get on! Elevator was packed and everyone was complaining. Frustrating especially since your rate for my stay was $350 which is pretty steep."
