"What I didn’t like was when we checked in, the front desk was very rude and made me wait over an hour for my room to be ready. Then the only option for parking was valet or paying parking in a general garage for the same price as valet. Staff are rude, showers did not drain properly and the cleaning staff for the rooms are not through. Came back and found trash still in the trash cans and no new towels when they supposedly cleaned."

"This is one of the best hotels I have found. Right on the Riverwalk, great restaurants, wonderful staff, pool. In downtown and within walking distance to many local attractions. I would definitely recommend for anyone. Will definitely return."

"We were "upgraded" to a larger interior room, but it was an adjoining room that you could hear every word of someone in the next room. As it was "Fiesta week" they put a group of Gen Z's next to us who kept us up until 3am for 2 nights. After calling security "both nights", they finally checked out. One underage partier bragged about getting into bars the 2nd night because they didn't scrutinize her ID. Full disclosure, the hotel did credit me a $100 and a free breakfast for my "inconvenience". The room was clean, but "very basic"... no microwave (except a shared one in the hallway) and no dresser for a week's stay of clothes. The concierge desk was VERY persistent on getting you to go to a time share presentation. EVERYWHERE on the Riverwalk and the mall, hotels are pressuring people to sign up for a "presentation". They offer Visa cash cards, riverboat rides, carriage rides, SeaWorld tickets, free night stays... anything they can to hook you. The invitations are inundating and everywhere, so beware!"

"I wanted to love this hotel so much more than I did. I think everyone will agree that the elevator situation was beyond intolerable.....slowest elevators EVER and that was when they worked. They were inoperable for most of the week we stayed. We did not request clean towels every day as we do try to be conscious of the environment. But the 2 times we did, we never received more than one washcloth. One upon arrival and one the rest of the week....had to request more every time. The room was spacious though. We are not slobs but the beds were never made nor were toiletries replaced unless specifically requested. Had to catch the cleaning lady on several occasions to request replacements. The breakfast buffet was typical but always well stocked, clean and with plenty of seating. We only used the pool area once but found most of the chaise lounge chairs in terrible condition (ripped & dry rotted) although the seats around the tables were in better shape. The location was decent with a bus stop nearby and easy access to the highway. Overall, we were not overly impressed & doubt we would recommend this hotel."
