"We stayed with our 5 month old baby and it was perfect. Loved the whole experience - the apartment was modern, very new and clean, with a minimalist design that felt homey, all the amenities were so stylish and thoughtful (the washer-dryer was super efficient and not too loud). good soundproofing in the bathrooms too so no issue about waking baby up. Super spacious, which was great - really felt like home for a week. The staff were very responsive and reliable. Location was wonderful, off a...

"One of the most affordable hotels we stayed at during our trip to the Japan and SUPER worth it!! Room is condo style so it came with kitchen area, washer/dryer and a little living room area. Walking distance from train stations, street shops and restaurants but the hotel itself is near a quieter street. Definitely recommend this hotel. All hotels we stayed at were clean and welcoming :)"

"Very clean. Staff was SOOO helpful and polite. Great stay for english speakers. Location is perfect for experiencing the city, Ueno park, Ameyoko market."

"Queen room we originally reserved was very small (as advertised in size), so we decided to upgrade to a larger room (two twins) and it was great. Excellent shower / bath combo, high end restaurant (Italian, not Japanese) and very helpful stuff. Location is great, really close to Ueno station and everything is relatively easily accessed."

"The location was in the middle of electric town. Our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They offered a gachapon game which we won some unique discount for the restaurant."

"Loved it. We have booked to come back. Location is excellent for best train lines to navigate Tokyo and proximity to Ueno park to relax"

"Tolle Unterkunft in Ueno, ruhige Lage, tolles hilfsbereites Personal"

"位置方便，步行到秋葉原及車站都在10分鐘內，附近也有很多不同餐廳選擇，但又不會過份靠近最熱鬧區域，能提供寧靜的環境，房間空間也足夠舒適。提供的風筒很不錯。"

"Stuff will not help with the laundry facility. People leave their clothes in the washer and dryer for hours. Report to the stuff so they can remove to clear up machines for a lot of other waiting to use. Stuff refuse to do so. Should at least put a note on the machine let them know. No action taken by the hotel."

"Loved staying at Tabi Ueno Tokyo. It was clean and modern with a Japanese feel. Given we had a small child, having a washer/dryer in the room was fantastic. The location was great, we could walk everywhere and about 5min walk to Ueno station, the Ueno Zoo, markets. Easy access to trains required for day trips. Would definitely recommend Tabi Ueno."

"Hotel was in a great area, the rooms were nice and the view was excellent. Main complaint was the elevators, they were slow and constantly used by the cleaners. We tried using the stairs, however they were locked at ground level so the elevator was the only option."

"Great amenities and staff!"

"Great location literally a stones throw away form Akihabara. Also an amazing view of the river in the main eating area."

"There is occasionally a bad smell coming from the toilet."
