"The views were phenomenal from our balcony as well as most everywhere else on the property. It’s an older grand hotel with some age showing but still a very nice property. The room was very nice though needing some cosmetic updates. We had breakfast each morning and dinner one night and all of those were excellent. The hotel is uphill from the station and the hotel’s service of meeting us at the station to transport our luggage was much appreciated. Front desk and restaurant staff were all very helpful and attentive."

"Very nice breakfast. The experience is very interesting with cows right under balcony of the chalet, lambs nearby, great views of the lake and mountains, hiking trail right there. Few restaurants within walking distance. We got free bus card to travel to both Wilderswil and Interlaken railway stations with easy reach to all attractions."

"Beautiful hotel close to the Interlaken Ost station. We very much enjoyed our stay. There are a few things that suggest hygiene and cleaning could be improved (e.g., silver fish in the bathroom), and the wait for coffee at breakfast was extraordinarily long. Otherwise, it's a great hotel worth visiting."
