Excellent front desk service. The room was wonderfully quiet- one of the most quiet we have had in Europe. We had a ‘comfort double’ room - mattress was firm and comfortable, bath room was small with minimal amenities. Breakfast was included and was served in a very nice dining area. Food quality did not match up with the nice surroundings though - scrambled eggs in particular were questionable. Location was excellent- an easy walk from Interlaken West station, even with bulky luggage.

It is walking distance to most of the shops and restaurants. Also, it is a 5 min walk to the train station. If you are a tall person I would not recommend getting the room that is on the top floor as the ceiling is low.

They clean the Room daily but dont put attention to the details like leaving more soap or coffee. Then the location was amazing, the breakfast was meh. The bed really comfty. The people from the hotel very sweet.

I really liked the location of the property. It’s very convenient, centrally located, and close to public transportation, which made getting around easy. The only area that could use some improvement is the property’s condition. Some renovations or updates would enhance the overall appearance, and the hallway carpets could be cleaned or replaced, as they looked quite worn and dirty. Other than that, I had a great stay and enjoyed my overall experience.

The rooms were nice and spacious, and the common areas were very nice. The hotel appears to have had a recent renovations and is a short walk from the Interlaken West train station and close to local bus stops. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the AC in the rooms did not work well, effectively no AC. We had two rooms and each had similar issues - perhaps bad luck. Apart from this, a great place to stay.

We had a comfortable stay at the Hey Hotel. It was walking distance from train station and bus stops. There were cafes, restaurants and shoping within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was substantial and variety of choices. However, it would have been nice if breakfast was served earlier or at least have a takeaway option for those who needed to start their day early.

Super helpful staff with a nice spacious and clean room. Basically right inbetween Interlaken and Interlaken West train stations and right in the centre of the town. Staff were very informative when asking questions about the area and nearby landmarks. Highly reccommend this hotel!

Great location, far exceeded expectations. Room was modern and well appointed. Just steps from shops and restaurants. Only issue was the shower water temperature was inconsistent, almost unsafe, going from cool to very hot, and back, unpredictably. Had to jump out of the shower a few times when this happened during our 3 night stay. Brought it up to staff and they were very apologetic and said they’d look into it.
