The hotel itself was beautiful, very grand as stated in the name. The staff were ever so helpful and very attentive. The room had a few cobwebs near the radiator and window in the room but other than that the room was clean. Very hospitable and welcoming staff, would definitely stay here again! Intercontinental breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna/steam room.

Excellent hotel 5 mins from Ost station. Large room and bathroom. Staff was super friendly, specially Adriana in the front desk and Humberto the bartender who makes great martinis. Breakfast was included and it was plentiful and good

Great hotel. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and no issues with it. Only unique (& quaint) aspect was that the room keys are attached to a small brass bell that is relatively heavy. But you can leave it with the front desk while you leave for the day. The location is perfect too. Minutes to restaurants, train station, etc.

Simply beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location. All of the staff go above and beyond...the breakfast selection was amazing....can't wait to go back there next year...loved my beautiful comfortable room and the views from my balcony were to die for...loved every moment of my stay there!

We upgraded the room the second night to one of their renovated rooms. The in renovated room we booked we can’t recommend. If you can book a renovated room then we highly recommend. The difference between the rooms were night and day.
