"Although this bungalow is set up for short stays, we were there for 3 weeks. Beautiful Guayabitos beach is accessible across the street. It is situated between Guayabitos Centro and La Penita with a short walk to each. The bungalow was comfortable, clean and had the basic necessities. The hosts , Enrique and family were super accommodating and a pleasure to meet. We would definitely return. "

"This property had everything we needed - space, convenient location, private pool, kitchen (actually 2) and outdoor grill. Walkable distance to town, a responsive host, we highly recommend. "We very much enjoyed our stay. The outdoor space is beautiful and spacious. The pool is large and a great temperature. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Bedrooms are a nice size with lots of storage and beds are reasonably comfortable. There is some traffic noise from the highway but we got used to it and it didn’t bother us.
