"A great property with an incredible location. The beach is just steps away, there are a couple of bars and restaurants right on the beach...also steps away from the property. Lo de Marcos is relatively undeveloped and has an authentic Mexican coastal town feel (vs some of the more developed beach towns nearby. Absolutely lovely stay,all the way around."

"The property was great and the only reason for 4 stars was because the bed was very uncomfortable. Other than that the pool and patio were amazing, the apartment was cute, and check in/communication with the property manager was easy."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location...swimmable, sandy beach a few steps away. The property manager was easy to contact if there were any problems and the place was clean. Unit could benifit from some upkeep as it appears to be poorly maintained. The entrance to the unit is a little off putting as it is through a basement storage area with concrete in need of patching on the walls and ceiling. The stairs up to the unit are narrow and could use paint and patching. There is construction...a LOT of construction. When they aren't using power tools it isn't too bad... There are more stairs to the bedroom...again narrow and steep. The unit itself is nice but more basic than it appears in the photos. It could be so much more. There are 3 different balconies or terraces... The roof one has an incredible view but the stairs are so narrow, steep and winding that we didn't use it.... The large main deck has patio furniture and was nice to sit out on. Again the finishes could use some basic upkeep. There were only a few staples available in the kitchen.... cooking oil, a couple of hot sauces and garlic salt and pepper...it would be nice to have a few more staples available on arrival. The microwave screams when it is used... The swimming pool is really a dipping pool, but clean and wonderful to cool off in. Ask for 2 sets of keys because if someone goes out the other person can't leave as the gates and doors are key in and key out."

"Pool was great! Location is very good, a block away from town square but very quiet comparitively. We only used two bedrooms which was good because one didn't have AC and one didn't smell good, so we kept those two closed. There isn't very comfortable seating in the main living area aside from a 2-seater couch, but we didn't spend a whole lot of time there, so wasn't too big of a deal. There was a water jug with clean water there which was very nice to not have to worry about getting that at the store like many other places. All in all we were very happy. Had a little trouble getting into the front gate when we arrived but manager was helpful and sent someone over to assist. Would stay here again."
