"We really loved this property! Everything was great. The location to the beach was perfect. It was quiet and very safe. The landscaping in front was beautiful and carefully maintained. The place was clean and neat with beautiful artwork all around. The kitchen-living room was spacious with high ceilings and well equipped for cooking. Air conditioning worked well with high ceiling fans in each room. Plenty of hot water for showers was available. The bedrooms were very comfortable and had bathrooms adjacent. A cleaner came after one week and spent 3 hours cleaning. We highly recommend this place and would love to go again!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property in Lo de Marcos. The property is spacious, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is secure parking for one vehicle within the property walls. The beach is a short walk away. The patio is sunny and warm. There are three sliding glass doors, making the house very bright and open.The pool is great, the water was a little cloudy but not too bad. The house could use a bit of maintenance and there is room for improvement in the cleanliness department. The doors and windows needed cleaning, particularly the window sills and sliding door tracks. I should also mention that this is a common issue I have with properties in Mexico. The light switches, windows, doors, kitchen and bathroom countertops behind the faucets, etc. don't seem to be cleaned regularly. There is also always gecko poop in the house and bird poop outside that is just left. I want to emphasize that this is common in every rental house I have stayed in in Mexico. I don't want to single out this home in particular, although it certainly does apply to this home. However, I would still recommend this home for anyone looking for a place to stay in Lo de Marcos."

"Pool was great! Location is very good, a block away from town square but very quiet comparitively. We only used two bedrooms which was good because one didn't have AC and one didn't smell good, so we kept those two closed. There isn't very comfortable seating in the main living area aside from a 2-seater couch, but we didn't spend a whole lot of time there, so wasn't too big of a deal. There was a water jug with clean water there which was very nice to not have to worry about getting that at the store like many other places. All in all we were very happy. Had a little trouble getting into the front gate when we arrived but manager was helpful and sent someone over to assist. Would stay here again."

"We were only here for 2 nights, but you can’t beat the location. Beach is truly one block away and we so appreciated the chairs and umbrella. Tacos, groceries & eateries are minutes away on foot. Very cute casita, well equipped kitchen. Great place for the budget conscious travellers. "

"What beautiful home and wonderful hosts. Pictures don’t do it justice, it’s a large home/property you will want to visit again. Spotless! Use of the golf cart is highly recommended and very convenient, just show up and ready to go. This allows quick access to the beach and convenient town services. Polly and David were available our whole stay which was welcoming. Love to go back sometime!"
