"We booked the hotel’s most expensive room, the Executive Suite, but were assigned room 313 on the lowest level, directly below the gym. The noise from people running on the treadmills and dropping weights rattled the room. On top of that, the air conditioner fan was very loud, making it nearly impossible to sleep. "The property is dated. The cupboard/drawer handle are old & difficult to grab to open. Requested an accessible room when reserving but none was available during check-in. Staff were very helpful & friendly."

"The room was very clean with a recently renovated bathroom. Shuttle was convenient. Breakfast was basic, but okay and as expected"

"pretty good"

"Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable and I had a view out over the park behind the hotel. Breakfast was good, fairly good options. Shuttle to and from airport was great. Hotel was about 10 mins walk from the nearest skytrain station, and there is a mall nearby."

"It is a very quiet, safe and clean place to stay. The host Kelly is very kind and helpful. We highly recommend you to stay in this place while you are in Vancouver."
