"Beautiful property which was an old tea factory. The room we had came with a well stocked kitchen and tons of amenities (including laundry on site). Check in was easy and communication was great. Anna included lots of recommendations for food, hikes and sites to see on the island. Would return. "

"What a beautiful property! The views are stunning everywhere on the property from the office to the restaurant to the rooms. I stayed in a private pool room and it was perfect. Very clean, smelled lovely, quiet, and relaxing. Room service is fast and the staff is friendly. I wish there was an option to rent a golf cart to use around the property because it was cold when we visited and the walk to get our taxi was torture. But otherwise absolutely no complaints. Can’t wait to visit again. "

"Great recent and spacious studio, well furnished, huge terrasse. Kitchen equiped with all the required items. The location by the water is quite nice, and the rooftop patio too! Way too cold to use the pool when we were there, but it seems pretty. Easy parking, nice staff. I would only have liked more hanging hooks - in such a wet climate you always need to dry stuff, and with humidity at 80% in the room, it doesn't dry fast!"

"This is a fantastic property located in an island-central village and was exactly what we wanted. While Ponta Delgada has more of an urban feel - we wanted something just a little off the beaten path but still easy access to amenities. The house is a walk or short drive to restaurants, the market, small cafés, and the beach yet retains the quaint, Azores village feeling we wanted. The house was well appointed with many kitchen tools, extra towels/linens, washer/dryer, back yard, late-day sun...
