"We had a wonderful 10 night stay at Quinta dos Bravos. The property amidst the gardens is so beautiful, with great care taken for every detail. The rooms are spotless. The breakfasts are nice with homemade cakes. On our last night, we had the loveliest dinner onsite made by Irena, which was a highlight. Paulo, Irena and their staff were attentive, kind and gracious. We look forward to returning and highly recommend staying here!"

"It is a famil, running guesthouse. There is a very nice view of the ocean and Mt. Pico. The stuff is exttemly friendly and always prepared to help you. They are very helpful with advice. They alsk offer transfer. I would definitely stay here again."

"Estadia de 3, quarto muito grande e muito bonito, as paredes precisam de alguns retoques, o colchão podia ser de melhor qualidade, todos os dias acordava com dor de costas. No quarto ouvia todas as noites as pessoas do andar de cima. Pequeno almoço espectacular, nada a apontar. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Estacionamento fácil de encontrar nas ruas próximas."

"An amazing place to stay! The view of the ocean with pico island is amazing! The owner and housekeeper were both super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They brought fresh eggs, fruits from their property, and home made jams every morning! It was nice to have the communal area to meet people (although not too many people in the off season.) For those curious, laundry service costs EUR 10. But they wash, dry, and fold your laundry. Much cheaper than a hotel."

"I don't want to over hype this place because I want it to be available for my next trip. This hotel is a former dept store so you've got very high ceilings and giant windows. The windows have wooden panels that secure over the windows ensuring total silence and darkness when you want to sleep. Good locks, great location, great staff. Make sure you visit the Greek restaurant across the street "
