"What a lovely Central Hotel facing the pier, the bed was so comfortable and everywhere was very clean. Coffee, tea, biscuits & chocolates in the room. The breakfast was amazing with good quality bacon & sausage. We was in the family room at the top of the hotel and the only downside was there's no lift but overhaul this hotel is fabulous. Staff are lovely and do a fantastic job. Thankyou"

"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"David and everyone working at The Liver are so friendly and welcoming, we were made to feel so at home. Breakfast is very good quality. Rooms are very clean. Transport options to get to Liverpool are fantastic and all will be explained by the hosts but it couldn’t be easier to get there! Liverpool is a fab place to visit, it was our first visit here but we‘ll be back and will only stay at The Liver. "

"Anfield is right around the corner. It was the perfect location for walking around the area, exploring Stanley Park, and it was still easy to catch a bus to center city. I had some travel mishaps, and Suzzanne was great to work with. Suzi was likewise great. The atmosphere on matchday was amazing. As a solo traveler my room was small, but it was all I needed. Highly recommended for anyone going to an LFC match."
