"We chose this apartment for it's proximity to Hospital 12 de Octubre (5 minutes' drive) and it was a great choice for the two of us. We stayed 8 nights - twice as long as our original booking because of the quality of the accommodation. "The neighbourhood is fine, not far from Usera or Legazpi metro stations. The appartment is clean but a bit damaged on the ground. The walls are thin, so you hear everything from the neighbours.
