"Overall we had a rough experience here and due to that I will no longer be using VRBO. It was hard to communicate with the host, the place wasn't as advertised (it only slept 16 when the ad said 20), and the place was dirty, we had to clean the pool, outdoor area, kitchen, and there was garbage sitting in bags in the front. We expressed our concerns about to the host and she said if we didn't like it we could cancel. Rough experience and the host dropped in unannounced our first morning. Overall...

"First thing you need to know is that it is a shared accommodation with your host. However, you don't see her or notice she is in the flat. You have your own fridge. You can use kitchen, washing machine. It really was like we had a flat by ourselves. The host was really kind, communicated with us very well. You can contact her through the booking website and she replies to you promptly. If we will come to Madrid again we would like to book this,accommodation again. Definitely recommend it ...

"We chose this apartment for it's proximity to Hospital 12 de Octubre (5 minutes' drive) and it was a great choice for the two of us. We stayed 8 nights - twice as long as our original booking because of the quality of the accommodation. The building itself is newer, very clean and quiet in an area that appears to be full of mostly newer condo buildings. "The neighbourhood is fine, not far from Usera or Legazpi metro stations. The appartment is clean but a bit damaged on the ground. The walls are thin, so you hear everything from the neighbours. The communication with the host is good, but it was not the person who welcomed us and he was lost in the many appartment rent, it was not a good feeling."
