"Great VIP experience. Lovely staff. The only thing I would say is that I had an allergic reaction to the scents in the room. The water didn't get as hot as I would like and the A/C didn't get as cold as I would like either. Over all very nice though. If you have allergies to scents I would let them know before arrival. "

"The hotel was clean, it was quiet despite being in a really central area. Good selection at breakfast and the location was perfect. It was right in the art district close to the art museums and metro links to other parts of the city. The only slight down side was you couldn't use any of the Spa facilities without paying extra, not even the sauna which was a bit disappointing and different to other Radison Blu hotels I've stayed in. "Our stay was just perfect! The room was lovely and super clean, the bed very comfortable, breakfast was delicious, location is brilliant and service from Joana was exceptional. We will be returning after a brief stay in Valencia in 4 days. I highly recommend this property, which is the oldest hotel in Madrid. 5 stars all the way! "

"Good location again everything is walkable to be honest. Side entrance - no big lobby. Rooms were good size , free soft drink mini bar. Breakfast was nice but not hot enough- heat lamp is weak. No hanging hooks for towels unless u hang in toilet… also no slippers in standard room unless u pay ( not 4 star service is it )."
