"We had a great time at Cesare Balbo Inn. Luca was incredibly warm and helpful - taking his time to make sure we were fully situated and give suggestions for our trip in Rome. After some poor experiences with the staff is another hotel in Milan, this was so refreshing. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. "This is a mini hotel inside a large older building in a great location. The building has been converted to multiple mini hotels, condos, and apartments. It's fine for people with a sense of adventure, but not great for people looking for the amenities of a traditional hotel."

"The room was very cold - no proper heating system just a portable radiator which I could not connect the first time as the plug next to my bed was broken. The AC did not work, the room was very dark and there was no hot water. 4G is not working, only close to the window and the WIFI connection is not stable. The Staff said there is no issue in the building and the heating starts at 8 PM (There is no radiator in the room at all) "
