"Our stay at the Anatara Palazzo was good! Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and helpful. The part of the hotel we stayed in was pretty dated, and the view was awful but overall the room was functional and served its purpose. I just expected a more high end room and bath for a 5-star hotel. Otherwise, the lobby bar was delightful, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect."

"Amazing and helpful staff! Junior suite was spacious with a sitting area and terrace, lots of room for two people, so glad we booked it. Breakfast buffet was really good too. Only downside was the air conditioning in the sitting area was lower than in the bedroom area but we kept the partition door closed so that helped make the bedroom colder. We slept comfortably. I note it was extremely hot here this week, unseasonally higher temperatures. We walked almost everywhere but to the Vatican....
