"First off, the staff was great. I forget the gentleman's name at the front desk, but he was very friendly. He's not there full time. The desk is manned from about 8am-4pm but you have a key and a code to keypad to get in after hours. We were able to check in a little early, which was so fortunate because one of our party wasn't feeling well and was able to take a 2 hour nap before visiting the Colosseum. "Room was very large, elevator was a unique experience but worked perfectly fine for our needs as we did not have to climb any stairs. Liked to convenience to some eating options as well as small grocery store across the street. The walk to train station was not bad at all. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, would have liked breakfast available on our departure as we had to leave prior to 7 am."

"Very clean & the staff was amazing, helpful, & informative. Their restaurant Cotto next door also was excellent all around. My only issue was noise, specifically because of construction on a building next door and it was very loud starting at 5:30 am. I did not hear noise within the hotel itself."
