"The Grand Hyatt San Francisco is conveniently located in the Union Square area a few blocks from the Muni Metro Station and the Powell Street Cable Car turn around and origination point. There is also an abundance of shopping in this area. The lobby is clean and welcoming and there are associates that open the entrance doors for you. Check in was quick. There are multiple elevators so the wait is minimal and the elevators are quick. We had an amazing Bay View room with views of the bay, the city, parts of the Golden Gate Bridge, Coit Tower, Fisherman's Wharf, and Alcatraz Island. The windows were floor to ceiling, the room was clean and comfortable. The Bell staff was attentive, personal, and shared their knowledge of the city. This should be your go-to hotel when visiting San Francisco! I highly recommend it."

"This was the first time I had stayed at the Hyatt and my mom's first time in San Francisco. From the time we checked in and were helped bring our bags to our room, we were incredibly happy. The service was amazing. Every staff member we interacted with was fantastic and very kind. The room was lovely and cozy. The location was great; it was right in the middle of everything which made it easy to stay busy. We will definitely be returning to the Hyatt!"

"Beautiful roof top view of the city with high priced food and drink, and poor variety of food. Over-priced parking! $70/night. Unsafe and filthy area outside of hotel along sidewalks to get to the Hilton Parking Garage, or go sight seeing. Hilton should provide safe free shuttle service at those fees."
