"I like the oroginal works in the lobby and the history, the building as a whole is clean, the front desk staff are really nice, the room was spacious and quiet considering the location. The bed and pillows felt a little harder than i am used to but the stay as a whole was great."

"The hotel is at a perfect location cause the kids love Chinatown, pier 39 and Oracle park. It was very clean comfortable and the staff was above and beyond the valet remembered my name and greeted me when I return and was very politely chatful with the kids. Kids can be picky with food but they loved the breakfast buffet. They also put out games to play with in the lobby. I will definitely be back here again and recommend to all my friends. "
