"It’s excellent for the price we paid. Very clean newly remodeled look even if this was 4 years ago. Tasteful and simple color schemes. Elevator is down but not a big issue for us. Very best the Oakland freeway exit. Highly recommended. "

"I like the clean rooms and the breakfast selection was good. Not a complaint but a suggestion. To continue staying green like they claim if a customer hangs up a towel on the shower to reuse instead of be cleaned after one use then leave it when you clean the room. In fact you should encourage guests to reyse towels"

"The biggest issue was that my room was in a separate building and only accessed by a walk through an industrial area (and over some railroad tracks). I wasn't near enough to the lobby to enjoy coffee/tea. Fortunately, I didn't have to get out after dark. The hotel is in this industrial area and some homeless people were nearby (underneath an overpass). It was fine for my one night stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays or families. "

"There was not much around the property besides a Burger King. They could have cleaned the shower better. The was nice. "

"Not the most extravagant hotel but for the cost, it’s totally worth it. It has a microwave and refrigerator which come in handy. The ice machine works which is a plus. And the staff is very friendly. I plan on staying here when I come down to the Bay for work. "

"The hotel was clean, the complimentary breakfast was adequate. I just wished late check out was later than just 12nn. Our flight was not until 4:40pm, i requested for late check out and were given only until 12nn so we had to sit in the lobby for more than 2 hrs. before catching the shuttle to the airport. "
