Facility is well maintained and clean. Location near huge malls and shrines made access convenient. Overall, highly recommend Grand Hyatt Erawan."

"Great location - walking distance to many malls and to the BTS system. Room was big and spacious but quite worn with sagging mattress and uneven carpet. Could use a spruce up. Breakfast was great - they have a nice buffet and a menu to order from. Gym was well equipped. Would stay here again in the future "
