"I stayed here one night both coming into and leaving Thailand. It is a beautiful hotel and staff are terrific. Check in was so smooth and easy. Only a 10-15 minute walk to check in or from customs - all indoors and there are food places and phone/sim card places along the walk. Rooms are really nice and the pool area is very elegant. This is a perfect place to stay when transiting through BKK. "

"This has been my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Thailand. It is the perfect location and close to train station, food, transportation. However, in both buildings they have a mold problem. The walls have mold in them as well as the showers. Do not stay in the the older building where the top rooms are suppose to be. The toilets do not flush and the sinks leaks water everywhere. The constant noice from outside gets annoying because you can hear everything in the rooms so there is bad noise...

"Very convenient to get to Suvarnabhumi Airport and around Bangkok in general. The airport train is connected to the MRT at Makkasan Station. One stop away the MRT station comes up very near to the front door of the hotel. The hotel is also located on top of a small shopping center with lots of food choices and connected underground (thru MRT station) to the shopping mall across the street. Jodd Fair night market is just across the street. Lots to do without even leaving the area. The bathroom...

"Very clean and nice rooms. I usually get one with a balcony. Some of these have just a kitchenette and some a mini living room. I prefer the latter as more spacious. Very nice breakfast. Staff are great and helpful. Location is very good."
