"This hotel is older, our first floor room smelled vaguely like smoke. There was a Cheeto colored mark on our bedspread. The bed was clean other than that, shower was nice, beds were a little rickety but comfortable. Lots of pillows. We didn’t get to have breakfast but it looked really good. Overall it was an ok hotel. For the price we might have expected something a little nicer but there was nothing extra off putting about the hotel. "

"Quiet, comfortable hotel. One thing I didn't realize about residential hotels is that most of the guests are there for an extended period of time so in general they will be quieter than guests at other hotels. In addition, there will be fewer children around. Excellent breakfast every morning in a clean breakfast room."

"Nice friendly staff. Justin at breakfast in particular and T at the bar."

"The outside park was not very safe but police did a good job at patrolling the park everyday and night! The smell of stale cigarettes was in the room as soon as you walked in, that was very nasty! But I liked everything else. The room was clean and staff was friendly just the smell of cigarettes in the room. We even moved rooms as we arrived into another room and both had the lingering smell of stale old cigarettes! "
