"Stayed for one night, traveling on road trip. The room was ver ver nice, clean, up to date, and comfortable. I had no problems with staying here and given the chance would stay again in a heartbeat. Only concern was that room was near main road and could hear any loud truck pass by but not to Big of issue. "

"Great little motel south of Rapid City. It’s just a quick drive to Rushmore and just a little further to Custer. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. The community gas grill and covered front porch with tables allowed us to save money and eat better by making our own meals. Would definitely stay here again. "

"My granddaughter loved the waterslide. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was large and clean. This hotel was close to all the fun things to do at Mt. Rushmore. Will definitely stay again."

"Our stay at the Lodge was very nice. The property is beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable; especially the bed! We arrived at 2:00 pm and checked on our rooms and the lady at the desk said they had nothing ready for check in. We were there for a wedding and hoped to get in to at least one room early to change for the wedding. I know early check in is based on availability. Being told no was not the problem, her rudeness was. We went back 10 minutes later asking a gentleman at the front desk about the probability of getting into one of the rooms in time to change and he said both your rooms are ready. His kindness was greatly appreciated. "
