"I checked in around 9 pm at 4/7 and get the room number 190. The girl with glasses and black hair at the front desk was very rude and didn't even look at me.Later, I wanted to change the room for some reasons, and it was acceptable because the policy was rejected.But I can't even get a reasonable explanation. In the end, I don't know what the reason is. I asked her name, and she said she refused to tell me any information.I think the front desk staff of this hotel has no training at all and is not enthusiastic about this job.I decided to check out immediately half an hour after checking in. EvenI will lose the cost of two nights.If you decide to stay in this hotel, you must be careful of their strange policies. And accept their poor service attitude.this is the worst hotel around Bay Area."

"Room was clean and had plenty of room which made things comfortable. The grounds were kept up very well as grounds keepers were seen actively. Parking spots are a little tight but plenty of spots. Breakfast is continental style which I wish had more options."

"A/c in room was stuck at 72 degrees and felt hot air blowing I was on the 8th floor, other than not cooling down the room to an exceptional temperature for myself the stay was peaceful "

"Does not meet expectation. The only good thing about this place that it is close to the airport. That's it."

"The room was smaller than expected. Not really a negative. But, had no microwave in the room to warm food. "

"Rooms smell like weed, pull out couch stained and gross. Trash all around property. Pool is dirty, hot tub broken. Area is sketchy. Breakfast is ok, to be expected for this level of lodging. Would not come here again though. "

"This was my third or fourth time staying here and I love it each time. My only complaint this time around was the room above me having loud intercourse so I had a hard time resting "

"Room in general was clean but I did find some remnant hairs in the shower. Otherwise it was clean. PS we also bring our own Clorox wipes to give things a clean as well. Staff was the best part! Super helpful. Kind of a funny/ weird moment but I had asked for ice in my thermos and the gentleman at the front desk poured the ice as though he only had only a few ice cubes left lol"
