"Fantastic staff. Loved the elevator setup. We are not picky where we sleep so the “fancy” doesnt bother us. Had a partial view of times square. It was pretty neat."

"Long check in process. Line went out the door. Stood in line for over an hour. Very Convienent location, close to everything and subway located across the street. Cleanliness was 6/10. Room could have been cleaned better (fingerprints on windows/ dirty fake eye lash strips in bathroom and bottom of bedskirt was brown (sheets were white)). Not terrible overall for a one night stay in Times Square. The staff in the lobby were very nice and accommodating."
