My only "gripe" isn't a big deal and it's on me for not looking, but they did not have a personal fridge so we couldn't keep anything cold. Other than that really don't have a bad thing to say. The credit card hold is only $50 which is wonderful compared to most other hotels. I would stay there again as the location is good for pubs and Times Square."

"I always enjoy staying at the Grand Hyatt. Expensive, YES, but “it’s New York.” The lady at the restaurant gave great suggestions for breakfast, as did the doorman for a seafood lunch. The location is outstanding as well, for visiting family in Long Island and Connecticut. Expensive, YES, but i will be back."

"Very central, easy walk to Central Park, Broadway shows, restaurants etc. Elevator is a issue, we took the stairs a lot. Room was clean but run down. Overall we had a good experience."
