"I’ve stayed at this hotel over 40 times and always call and request the room I want. I like always did that this stay (2 months earlier) and was told I was all set with it. But when I checked in I found out that I was bumped out of my requested room. So now for the first time in years of going to Boston I’ve book my new years stay in the Hyatt instead"

"Great location , everything is walking distance. Great vibe in hotel . Loved the bar and lounge room . One thing I have to say negative , when I took a shower, the water didn’t drain at all and water was filling up in bathtub . Otherwise excellent"

Métro en face de l’Hôtel, une fois la voiture au parking, plus besoin de la sortir. Ligne direct pour Fenway (20 min de marche), Back Bay et Centre-Ville. Points négatifs: . Déjeuner très très basic, selon avantage sauver un repas dans le calcul des dépenses"
