Booked a Cabin which was clean and comfortable. Property short walk to town and also close to Fresh Choice Supermarket. Its a Back Packer so a few semi permanents but plenty of Kitchens and share bathrooms.

The staff were so nice! Really great place to stay on a budget too. Very nice location- you can walk right down to shops, hikes, and other fun activities. LOVED it! Would definitely book again :)

It was a warm welkom and I stayed for a week, they put longstay together, so i got to know my roommates and they were very nice. I really enjoyed my week there. Nice hotel, staff very friendly, room was clean, plenty of shared areas, easily walkable Only noticed it could use a couple more bathrooms/showers, but with as busy as the hotel was, we had to shower it was never more than a 5 minute wait. Definitely would stay here again! Loved it.

Good stay here. Booked private room - was a seperate building outside with short walk into main building for bathroom and kitchen. All pretty clean - room was a bit heavy with smell or air freshener. Parking is tight but generally available. Easy walk into Queenstown (~15 min) for main sites/attractions in town.

Quality of bathrooms was amazing, seemingly newly renovated. But bedroom distinctly smelt like mold and sweat so we had to deal with either the pungent smell or moths and mosquitoes. Bedroom lock was also broken, had to climb through the window one night as keys were not working. Daily kitchen and bathroom cleans happen every morning, which is great but it’s at an inconvenient time of 8am when you’d want to shower and use the kitchen before heading out.

Room with no sound proof!

My Queen room absolutely with no sound proof at all,you can hear everything single conversation from next room and overall this place is pretty run down but staffs is very friendly.

The room smell of bleach so strong it sting your eyes. First night, the upper of the bunk bed where my friend sleeping fell into my head while in deep sleep. Bruises on my head and ear. $20 worth of our food went missing. The reception Emilia reassure to find it but when she saw us didn’t say a thing. I guess the location is accessible to shop the only thing we like.
