This brand new 3 bedroom property is perfectly nestled on Queenstown Hill. Enjoy uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables mountains. Now with spa pool to relax and unwind after a busy day.

The rate is for 6 guests, but the property has the capacity to sleep 8 guests with a large 4th bedroom (semi self contained) with ensuite downstairs.

The house was incredibly well set up with all the extras, Nutri bullet, platters, oil, sauces, sealed containers for leftovers etc, even a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge! A very beautiful place to stay, all you could wanted to experience the beauty of Queenstown

The Modbox is a beautiful house, with a large balcony to view the lake and surrounding mountains. It has a lovely bbq area as well as a fully appointed kitchen. The bedrooms each with there own en-suite are great. We enjoyed 6 days at the Modbox and had a great time.
