Really nice place. Love the camp like atmosphere. We ended up having some cooler rainy nights so the stove was a really nice. Kitchen is well stocked for making meals and the views can’t be beat!
The property is in a prime location as it’s situated equally to The Remarkables and Coronet Peaks. The property fits 8 people well enough. However the stairs are a bit too steep to where the “kids” area is. The house has a considerable amount of mould especially around the windows and the bathroom. Lastly the hot water system isn’t adequate for a group of 7 who cook and clean up every day.
Difficult to find the front door and parking space as the parking space was not labeled and the house address, number was not obvious or easily seen. Instructions for placing the garbage in the email I received we're different from the instructions in the house so that was a bit confusing. Please consider replacing or washing the window curtain in the bedroom closest to the street as it was a bit moldy. That being said, the house met our needs, the view was fantastic and we enjoyed our time in Queenstown immensely. There is another home underneath 22b. If there was anyone there they were very quiet, we didn't hear anything.
The place was spacious and equipped!
Great views from everywhere . Shower head broke and the good stay guys were there within an hour .
We explored all around Queenstown so it was a great location.
Thank you so much !
The view of the lake and mountains is superb. The house suited our group of 8 with plenty of room for everyone. The cooking utensils and crockery had not been left in a great state by the people prior to us, so we did have to scrub everything prior to using it. Other than that, the house was clean and tidy. I’d definitely stay here again.
The location is good and close to most of the amenities and attractions. However the house needs some upgrade with some new bedding. The photos are quite old and doesn't to show the current status of the house. Overall good place. Please put a new vacuum cleaner.

This place has an amazing view! You couldn't expect better. Although the place is getting a little old, it just adds character! The fireplace is definitely it's finest feature. It is situated a little out of town, but a $13NZD maxi cab is worth it.
Absolutely perfect setup. Myself and my two daughters were in Queenstown for a week of skiing and Queenstowning. Its five mibutes from twon which is easy drive for lunch or dinner. Or a morning drive to the ski bus. The place is homely and comfortable and warm. The master has stunning views to wake up to. The lounge/dining/kitchen area is perfect for hanging out as a family. And the bedrooms comfortable, spacious and provide a personal place when needed. Would definitely recommend and use again

This property was perfect for our stay. The view was stunning and amazing to wake up to every morning. Holidaying with our son, his wife and two young children ages 5 and 7 the house provided two queen size beds with each room having its own bathroom. The children were excited about sleeping up on the third floor and the extra toilet was very handy also. Very warm home with plenty of heating options available - at no time were we cold - and everything you would want for comfort was supplied. Very handy to town - we did have a rental car. The children were delighted to be able to help light the fire every evening - they live in a very warm climate - plenty of wood supplied. Staying in such a great home made our stay most enjoyable. Would highly recommend to other families. Hope to be able to stay here at some time again in the future.
We really enjoyed staying at this property. Yes, it is old and a bit rough around the edges - that is obvious from the photos. If you are looking for a pristine 5 star resort this is not the place for you. BUT if you are looking for a cosy place with INCREDIBLE views, a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms, a great fireplace and plenty of room to spread out, this house is great and also really good value. We had a group of five friends staying here and didn't feel cramped at all. We loved looking out at the stunning views every day. The beds were all very comfortable with quality linen. The kitchen was well appointed and everything worked fine. Showers were good with plenty of hot water. The neighbourhood was extremely quiet with the exception of one night where there was loud music playing, but that seemed to be the exception and certainly isn't the fault of the property! Loved waking up in our very own hillside treehouse every day and would recommend this place to families or groups of friends. Just note that the parking space is pretty small - our RAV4 fit in there but I don't think you'd fit anything too much bigger than that. I think you could probably park on the street nearby as a back up option but not sure how many spaces there usually are - just something to bear in mind.

Good place for adults groups.
Hi,
Good location.
No QR code at front door being a public place!
Balcony handrail not to standards for toddlers or children gap is too big and drop is over 5m. Dangerous. Same to handrails of staircases inside. Kids need supervision all time.
There was a car parked in the car port, although we didn't need as our van was too high but you think its part of the house.
Black spots around door handles need more cleaning, I have photos.
The glass at the dining room is stained from weather, need good cleaning as the spot to the lake is magnificent.
What a lovely place to stay, we couldn’t have been happier! The views of the lake and mountains are spectacular and the home was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Great location close to Queenstown, just a few minutes drive. When we needed to extend our stay by a few days the property manager responded quickly and was very helpful. Highly recommended! We would certainly up stay here again.
Fantastic views and good set up in the house. Limited parking by the house but on street parking can be found up the hill. Great place to access Queenstown and Frankton town centres.

Great location, the property is average.
We enjoyed our stay but felt the property was 'punching above its weight' in terms of value for money from past experiences. The house is fairly tired, there was no real outdoor space to enjoy the view and then there were little things like there being low on essentials i.e. coffee, sugar etc. Also, aside from the main living room, the house is also very dark.
