To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.

We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved.

If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.

Queenstown is the adventure tourism capital of New Zealand, and offers a wide variety of activities perfect for the adrenaline junky or those interested in sampling the local wines and cheeses. During your stay our guide book will provide you with our personal picks of activities in Queenstown and the surrounding areas as well as our 'Pro Tip's' to save you time and money.

For your convenience we have available a port-a-cot & high chair to make your stay more enjoyable for the whole family. Please discuss any of these extras with us at time of booking. These are available at no extra cost.

One of the king beds can be split to make two king single beds.

A non-refundable fee of 3% applies to all cancellations regardless of the cancellation policy. This charge does not apply to Airbnb.

Excellent spot

Close to everything - we walked into town both nights for dinner. The beds were so so comfortable and the bedding felt quite luxurious! The kitchen had everything we needed and the place felt private and safe. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location for Queenstown getaway

Lovely attention to detail on the property, and the location made getting to town such a breeze, walking down the hill to shopping and restaurants was great. May have taken some Ubers back up after big feeds though!!

Lovely place close to downtown

This place was great for our family of 4 on our ski trip. It had everything we needed, high-quality furnishings, and was a short walk from downtown (like 5-10 minutes to get to all the hot spots). The owner had great communication and provided helpful information about local activities. Highly recommended!

Small but perfectly formed

This is a very well maintained property that is handy to town. Sadly no views but you can’t have everything. Lovely linen and good facilities. If the hosts wanted to make it perfect they could add a few extra glasses but otherwise the kitchen is very well appointed. Communication from the hosts was excellent

A little bit fancy

This was our first overseas family holiday. Getting to stay in a place that was a little bit fancy gave the holiday a little extra special quality. The couch fit the 4 of us comfortably which was great for movie nights.
