"The hotel overall is nice and clean and pretty good if you’re just in the city for a couple days and spending most of your days outside and not in your hotel room. Liz was great letting us check in early to our room to explore the city early. One of the only issues we had in our stay was the a/c unit did not work at all. It was better to keep the window open to allow cool air to come in & our TV didn’t work at all which we didn’t mind but we wanted to watch tv before bed. "

"We are hotel snobs.. I don’t like cheap, but I don’t like expensive. This hotel was everything!! Location.. had the best shops and restaurants right outside, hotel was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, pillows were perfect, price was good, valet was easy to work with..the staff in the hotel, valet and their inside restaurant were great!! I give it 5 stars. "
