"Unbelievably cheap stay. Lovely en suite room with sea view. Staff very friendly and helpful. My first stay in a YHA in nearly 30 years and experience was so good I’m looking to come again. Only gripe would be internet signal in rooms a bit poor "
"What a fantastic little gem of a find. Close the lovely clean sand beaches, nice bars & restaurants. Yet very relaxing & quiet, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our girlie weekend break "
"We had a lovely one night stay, the property exterior needs some TLC but the inside was lovely. Staff friendly, clean room, easy late check in. Four of us stayed room 14 lovely spacious and very comfortable. Amazing value for money 😊"

"Lovely old world hotel in a fabulous location. Staff all wonderful, helpful and courteous, will definitely return. "
"Martin welcomed us and was friendly. You could see the team work hard to maintain the showers for so many people and the tent was peaceful and dark at night aiding restful sleep. It has lovely views and so many places to visit with easy driving distance. Great stay for families "
"The staff were really welcoming and helpful.
I was given local information on arrival and a vegan breakfast was provided in the morning.
Excellent value for money too."
"Very pleasant and comfortable. Spacious rooms in a large old stone-walled mansion very near the centre of Swanage and not far from the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. Large garden and ample parking."
"This property is what I would call quirky due to its age. There are steps down from the kitchenette into the lounge and steps from the lounge into the downstairs bathroom.
I found the property to be clean and comfortable.
Generally street parking worked ok but it’s a long walk to the seafront. "
