"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we enjoyed the big tub. My favorite thing was the swimming pool and hot tub."

"Room very clean but awkward, felt crowded, not big enough for two queen beds. Staff were friendly, Breakfast foods good but always ran out, and staff would say “I’ll get more,” but why weren’t they monitoring before pans were empty. And the breakfast room was FREEZING which then may the food cold. One morning staff opened all cupboards to restock. So… how does guest reach the food over the cupboard doors? Seemed very poorly planned. Staff snippy to guests when we asked a question. ...

"Great stay, friendly staff, and close to the ferry terminal."

"Close to airport"

"Very great place and friendly staff"

"Good place to stay."

"Don’t use a third party to book your room as they have regular problems processing third party bookings. I’ve stayed twice at this hotel and each time they charged me for the prepaid room I booked using a third party. I no longer trust this hotel with any third party booking."

"Room was clean and the location was great. Parking was expensive. We also left a pair of shoes in the room and the staff informed us that it was gone and there was nothing they could do for us. Make sure you double check your belongings."

"Room was clean and pleasant to stay in. Only issues we had was the toilet seat sat low and our sliding bathroom door would get stuck and lock us in if we weren't careful. There is a restaurant on site along with a little "general store" set up in the lobby with lots of amenities and snacks that was open 24 hours, which I thought was cool. Over all very happy with our stay!"

"Overall was good"

"Clean property friendly staff"
