"token machine was broken, arcade games were iffy and vending machine was out of soda. But we still had a great time in the pool and the breakfast was great and the rooms comfy and clean. Didn't know how to turn on fan in bathroom.Love the courtyard!"

"The “desk” was welcoming, well-stocked, and efficient. Cookies, beverage-table, luggage-carts, and 2 working elevators made the check-in a pleasure. Then, a clean, fresh, spacious room was 73 degrees and wonderful. Second or third visit here and always reliable and wonderful. Breakfast was also stocked, with a wide variety of good quality."

"What an overall great place to land in New Paltz! Fresh, hot breakfast on the house was a huge plus - offerings were plentiful and tasty. Room was well-appointed and comfortable. 24-hour coffee/tea bar was great to have! Staff was super accommodating and helpful. "This is the second time we've stayed at this property while visiting relatives in the Newburgh area, and both times we've had a pleasant stay. The accommodations are basic but more than adequate. Breakfast is not included which is fine with us because we're tired of the typical fare (eggs, sausage, waffles...) offered by other hotels anyway, It's also pet-friendly, without charging any exorbitant fee. Management might want to take a look at the air conditioning unit in our room (#122) - it was pretty loud. We'll definitely stay here again."

Was not expecting the extensive breakfast the following morning with its early start which worked well with our schedule for the day. Convenient to the highway and to our destination in Newburgh.
