Worst hotel stay ever … you can skip this one. A few bright notes: evening receptionist was accommodating and a pleasure to work with; external grounds were immaculate with plenty of parking; entrance lobby was clean and inviting. The three rooms I looked at were clean but smelled funky. All had interior damage. (One had blood spatter on the pulldown shade!) The third room (cleanest smell) had a damaged shower curtain rod, no official room label (hand-written on the wall) and the door didn’t close properly (One had to push it shut!) On the second/third floors, the smell of cigarettes and smoked meth emanating from several rooms, with uncollected trash left outside individual doors. I took a shower and slept in my vehicle.

Rooms have funky odor. Staff was great and changed me to another one but still felt the odd smell. There was lot of smoking and weed doing on the property and inside the hallways. The AC also not adjustable inside the room. It’s auto on and off. During the night time it would get hot and suddenly cold. No pool. No breakfast. Gym is there but not even water and proper weights are present. This property looks like had its glory once upon a time. But currently in a bad condition. It has lot of potential but needs the necessary up keeping. Needs lot of improvements.

First, the hotel staff were excellent and very courteous. Appreciate that very much. We had a very late check-in. Experience with Expedia helpdesk was less than optimum. The bill from hotel did not match expedia rates and still working to resolve.. The issue was not with any of the agents but the overall process it took for us to get things sorted out. Around 4 AM, The family next door was haring a fight and loudly yelling bad words and kids and all of us woke up hearing that which left was not feeling very good. Since we only reached the hotel around midnight. Also, there was lot of smoke smell in the room even though we asked for nonsmoking. Still working with Expedia on the refund.
