"Stunning property… exquisite dining experience. Extremely attentive staff. Breakfast was amazing, including the views.
Pool was very relaxing. Gym is well equipped.
Housekeeping was above and beyond… fresh towels often, turn-down every evening with a little treat.

"There were 3 good things about this property:
1. Great range of restaurants around this location.
2. Boat trips, water taxi is within walking distance.
3. Excellent service thanks to Liudmila.
On the dark side , the beach is around 35 min walk, there was no air conditioner (had two fans instead), facilities was very basic and rooms are small.
Overall was good for the price."
"Over all this hotel suited my needs....my mobility is hampered after suffering a stroke...so my room allocation was the 18th floor...be prepared to speak fluent languages but not english....when you check in....then be prepared too get a taxi too another hotel 10 minutes away...why they don't issue the key's at the tarik as they used too is a complete mystery...then there's the 9 digit code you have to tap into your door handle...take some one small with you...it'll help."

"Just spend a week at Algarve Casino. The property was lovely and ideally located close to the main street and the beach. We had lovely sea views from our room which in itself was spacious. Some parts of the hotel feel a bit dated but that did not take away from the overall impressions.
The seawater pool was nice and warmer than that sea. No issues with getting a sunlounger but I can imagine during peak season there might not be enough.
Food for breakfast was good with loads of choices. We did not use the restaurant for lunch or dinner so cannot really provide an opinion.
Staff were generally friendly and tried to help when we had any queries. Overall a lovely place to stay."
"This hotel had a lot of space, with nice apartment style rooms. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the terrace and the view from the room. There is a great pool. This is walking distance to the ocean and beaches but we didn't love the area because it is so busy and touristy. The hotel itself was amazing. Good internet too. "
"Hotel was quite nice but another hotel that was being renovated whilst we stayed so a lot of the common areas were not in use.
Whilst I understand hotels need to remain open to keep the cash flowing whilst renovating, I wish hotels would make this clear when booking as there were plenty of other hotels we could have chosen instead or compared the price accordingly.
Sister hotel was across the road which needed to be used.
Location was ok. We were just staying for a few days so it was adequate for our needs."
"Basic but reflects in price. The rooms were absolutely freezing and there was no duvets provided, just a thin sheet and weirdly a curtain to cover yourself. It was so cold in the night my daughter was waking up crying, they really need some heaters or duvets. Lady on the desk was friendly."
