"The hotel is older and in a working-class neighborhood - a lot of shop, restaurants and apartments. It is a 5-minute walk from the Metro. The room was clean and spacious. The balcony overlooks a courtyard, but nothing spectacular. "

"This is a step back in time, retro-chic place with chunky, real keys, a suit press in the room and analog radio in the wall. I loved the looked and feel - very easy to get to Duomo (walking) and Centrale (direct tube or bus). There is a tram stop right out front and always Lime bikes around. Only downside was that they did not provide the Gold perks Hotels.com advertised. "

"The place is filthy. We walked into bedding not changed. Dirty towels in the bathroom and poop in the toilet. Pubic hair all over the shower and a dirty kitchen sink. We called the landlord and she told me the cleaner is coming. She refused ya a refund so I contacted hotels which gave us a portion back. Mind you all long distance to America on a mobile phone. Just don’t stay here it’s terrible "
