So friendly with surprises for us like a room upgrade, a chilled bottle of champagne, a 1/2 bottle of red wine, our large room with a beautiful bathroom, living room with seating, wonderful bed, great restaurant called Sfizio with delicious food and a lovely manager! The front desk personnel were very helpful and kind. Walking distance to the major sights including the Duomo, Opera, Galleria Vittorio Emanuel’s II, etc. Fantastic! "

"Cant recommend this hotel enough. Perfect location only around 15 minutes to the duomo (walking). Swanky place good bedroom size and condition. The only thing that let it down was some minor wear and tear in the bathroom and that both the toilet and boiler? Were quite loud on occasion (filling back up). I would 100% stay again "
