"Great location, very clean and has a great restaurant and bar in the hotel."

"Great location in the Galleria. Overall, OK hotel, but not a 5 star property. Lobby and common areas were small and average finishes and quality. Room was ok, but small and not a luxury room at all, even though we upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the inside of the Galleria. Breakfast was OK but not included. Overall, not a bad hotel, but NOT a 5 star property or experience."

"Great breakfast and the staff was extremely helpful. There was however a loud music venue near by that made noise till about 10PM. Not sure if that’s a every night thing"

"The room we stayed in was excellent - well laid out and clean. The entire staff were so friendly, polite and welcoming. Breakfast was good and as plentiful as anyone would hope for. The spa is incredible - we spent a lovely few hours there."

"Great location."

"Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. Our room was large and very clean. The AC worked very well. The spa was very nice and the gym was one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen (all brand new equipment). We are breakfast and dinner in the lounge and the food was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to stare here again."

"Great hotel in Milan. Will be back. The staff was so nice."

"Minimal amenities"
