"Not as advertised. As of April 2024 this hotel is listed as having internet on its TVs (netflix, hulu, etc.) both in Expedia and the hilton webpage. A pretty standard amenity in 5 star hotels. This is one of the reasons we chose this hotel, but when we checked in we learned that it doesn't have this in any room. When we showed the receptionist how the listing and our reservation said it included streaming TV they just shrugged. Also the overall quality of the hotel feels more like a 3 or 4...

Although, there was no one at the property, all questions were promptly answered on WhatsApp. Location is absolutely perfect for families, just 2 stops from the Unita. "The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the Main station. We had a nice stay in this hotel because the owner and Ms. Sylvia were very accomodating and supportive of our plans. Sylvia even recommened two nice restaurants near the place. The steak there are superb! We had nice breakfast. Our stay is comfortable because our room is clean."
