"All pros, no cons. Great location, light, bright, three nice sized bedrooms, nice bathroom with good shower. Washing machine. Plenty of living room and dining room seating in open plan. A number of nice period features retained, wood floors, doors, stair rails, nice fireplace surrounds.Very comfortable beds, pillows, duvets. Towels provided, also, tea, coffee, milk, laundry detergent, books, games, cards, Plenty of hangers. Great coffee machine! Even have crabbing equipment. Oh, and good heater...
