We needed somewhere we could access with a wheelchair abd this property was well designed for easy access, a lift and multiple wet rooms. Enjoyed large family dining and quality time in the open planned living space. Highly recommend !"

"The property is very well located to the beach, town, bus and train station. The house is clean and very comfortable with so many extras like toys and beach items (buckets, spades, crabbing stuff, kites etc) which was a lovely surprise as I packed light! We had great communication from the host and all the house was full of really useful information about surrounding walks and attractions. As a family with young children we found this the perfect place to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again"

"We booked this property as a family to attend a wedding. The property looks lovely from the outside but is dated inside. There were cables coming out of the wall in the lounge, the beds were uncomfortable and didn’t fit the frames and we had no instructions on how to use everything. That is just the start of what is wrong with this house."

"This was a lovely property in a beautiful location. The garden was great for the two dogs that we brought. The host showed us around when we arrived and said if we needed anything just to ring this was comforting. The only slight draw back was it could have been a little cleaner in fact there were a pair of knickers under one of the beds presumably left by a previous tenant!"

"Could do with some updating. For instance who put the bathroom cabinet and mirror up. Need to stand on tips of toes to shave. Also the mirror in the twin room. Shower door needs new water seal along the bottom edge - looks as though never cleaned YUK! The settees are looking very tired with holes and internal stuffing showing. The electric fire in the lounge does not work. The lounge clock has stopped. Quite a few ants on the prowl but no ant powder? If you are going to provide a 'J Cloth' then...

Perfect for a short break in celebration of a special birthday. We were a family of 6 aged 22-82 and it was perfect for us. Somebody even ordered beautiful sunny weather for us too!! 😄"

"Outside front of property could do with a garden tidy up & garage door needs attention. Gives a wrong first impression,also picture of pub called The Woolpack is nowhere near the property,picture states outside which gives a wrong impression. Overall we liked the property & it was very clean & had everything we needed."

"A group of us stayed for a weekend around a wedding. Excellent communication from booking onwards. A couple of tiny niggles were sorted straight away Everything was clean and we all had enough room (not your typical holiday let without enough room to open a suitcase)"

"We were meet by lesley at the bungalow after letting her know rough time we would arrive. She had put the heater on to warm us up as it was wet and cold out. She showed us around it has everything you would need for a get away. Fresh clean towels nice fresh bedding on all the beds. Milk and water in the fridge,.She even managed to save us a trip to Weymouth to get gluten-free fish and chips by recommending a local place that delivered. And they were great fresh thick chips. Nice quite location...

Ideally located for lots of restaurants and cafes in Poole Quay but tucked away in a quiet and beautiful mews. We look forward to our next visit."

"I came with my elderly mother to her favourite retreat, the stay was relaxing and very kept and had beautiful decor. The area was a beautiful spot but the hill is very steep, we we’re aware of the as we’ve been to swanage many times and also Ros advised us before we booked, he was also very helpful to our needs, we found him very approachable. Great place and we would highly recommend it . Well done Ros and thank you"

"We had a lovely few days at the apartment. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough to allow us to get out on to the extensive balcony with views of swanage and the sea. All in all, a fine few days."
