"Great location and easy parking with walkable options for dining. So much to do! The only negative was there was no fan or air conditioning, so the room was stuffy at night. "

"Very well put together property. There were a few small things that didn't really bother our stay but may bother others. - 1 Burner on the stove wasn't working (There are plenty more burners)- although you are seemingly provided every utensil, we could not find a whisk. These are clearly not large issues and not worth holding against the property. The only other issue was that there is no railing on the entrance steps which was difficult for my mother who has trouble without railings.Overall a wonderful property with plenty of personality and plenty to do around the home. "Our room was clean and large but a bit outdated and some things were in disrepair. The bathroom door would not fully close due to being warped. There is a spot at the edge of the carpet that is worn through which is a bit unsightly and potentially dangerous due to the metal edging of the carpet. The shower head is outdated and doesn’t produce a very strong stream of water.
The bed was very comfortable although a bit soft. The bath towels are very cheap and thin.
Despite all this, it was still an okay place to stay and does keep the cost of staying here down. And the area is a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood."
"Great location. Walk distance to the great tide pool and the historical light house. The owner is very helpful, gave us a lot of good recommendations on restaurants in the town."
