"The hotel is awesome, staff as well. So much to do on property. I had a wonderful time. However, when leaving the hotel the tour guys and transport guys harass you to much for tips. They dont give you a chance to even offer. "

"Very nice property, they just need to finish the construction on the stairs. The internet is not the greatest, but yeah, it will work. For regular people, but not someone that's staying there. "10/10, cannot recommend highly enough. Beautiful property. Exceptional service. Worth every penny. Small, intimate resort. Cozy, but not claustrophobic. Quiet and relaxing. More mature crowd. Limited night life, but that's not what I was there for. Beautiful private beach with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas to go around. Lovely main restaurant on the verandah, plus a french bistro, pub, and seaside grill. Food was great everywhere. 10 minute bus transfer to Sandals Ochi with plenty of entertainment and dining options if you get bored. Rooms are slightly dated, but in generally good condition, with stunning oceanfront views. Very comfortable. Butler service is above and beyond exceptional. My husband and I aren't terribly comfortable with being "waited on", but these guys didn't let us lift a finger and we never had to ask for anything - they anticipated needs and wants we would never have even dreamed of and made it so all we had to do was say "yes" to their gracious and friendly service. We felt extremely pampered. Special shoutout to butlers Duwainey and Richard, along with Garnet, behind the bar at the Wobbly Peacock pub - the 3 of you made our vaction extra special and memorable. And all the awesome servers: Giovanni, Stephnie, Trisell, Tianna, Romaine - just to name a few. Mahesh at the loyalty desk, and Omar, the GM, were also awesome. Thank you all for your warm and attentive service. We felt so welcomed and well taken care of all week."

"Located in a rural busy residential spot outside of Ocho Rios town. You had to be careful as the sharp right turn to get to the area where the place was located was scary. The roads were really bad to get to the house but then again most roads are horrible in Jamaica. The listing had 4 bedrooms when in fact there were only 3 bedrooms. Personally I would have preferred a more modern bathroom and cleaner look however we got what we paid for. The place served us well for our event but listing was misleading with a few things including check in time..I took a screenshot of that but didn’t even bother to send as Communication with the property manager was curt. The security system beeping all night nearly drove the light sleepers crazy and the security deposit for the event was not refunded even though we made sure the place was left clean and tidy. "
